No more sweating!
MC3D has been fully air-conditioned since March.
Since March, we’ve been making our products in fully air-conditioned surroundings. Thanks to these constant environmental conditions, we can now control unwanted temperature-related effects caused by material expansion in the component, as well as in machines and tools. But this isn’t the only way we achieve even better results. Our employees also benefit from a pleasant working environment, which allows them to keep a cool head even in heated situations. This step was implemented with the help of the companies Zabel Kälte- und Klimatechnik based in Brackenheim and Elektrotechnik Stefan Köppe from Cleebronn, and the outcome has been a proven success.
Health is a point of pride
A healthy mind dwells only in a healthy body. The health and well-being of our team is important to us, and we actively contribute to maintaining it. For this reason, all “MC3Ders” have tasty and fresh fruit to hand free of charge. Mineral water, as well as water dispensers with special filters and tea are also available free of charge to ensure adequate nutrients and well-being. Team members enjoy tasty and healthy snacks and refreshments on our premises, helping us to stay healthy and fit. This is also reflected in our working atmosphere, as well as in the quality of our work.
