Since March, we’ve been making our products in fully air-conditioned surroundings. Thanks to these constant environmental conditions, we can now control unwanted temperature-related effects caused by material expansion in the component, as well as in machines and tools. But this isn’t the only way we achieve even better results. Our employees also benefit from a pleasant working environment, which allows them to keep a cool head even in heated situations. This step was implemented with the help of the companies Zabel Kälte- und Klimatechnik based in Brackenheim and Elektrotechnik Stefan Köppe from Cleebronn, and the outcome has been a proven success.
